An architectural study defining the threshold between interior composure and wild landscape.
Colours Hill is a high-end Indian and Pakistani textile boutique occupying Shop D22 on the third floor of Pink City, Gulshan 2 — one of Dhaka's most competitive retail environments. The signage brief was clear: create a presence that commands attention from the floor approach and converts foot traffic into entry. Circle Studio designed a system anchored by large-format dimensional acrylic lettering with LED neon flex illumination, complemented by a 12mm PVC board backing panel in a matte finish that grounds the composition against the mall's busy visual environment. The circular Colours Hill brand medallion — applied as a discrete flush-mount element at the shopfront — adds a brand identity touchpoint for customers entering the store. Fire safety signage was integrated into the scheme to meet mall regulatory requirements without disrupting the premium aesthetic.
The Colours Hill brief called for maximum visual impact within the constraints of a third-floor mall unit. Circle Studio used dimensional acrylic channel letters with LED neon flex backlighting to create a sign that changes character between day and night — strong and graphic in daylight, luminous and atmospheric after dark. The frosted glass paper on the shop frontage adds a premium privacy layer that contrasts with the boldness of the external lettering, creating a sense of curated exclusivity that matches the brand's positioning.
